By executing and submitting this Request for Quote (“RFQ”) with VE Option, you represent that you have authority to bind the entity identified on this RFQ ("you" or "Client") to VE Option's Terms of Service and that you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Agreement"), including but not limited to the following: (1) For each Project, VE Option shall have an exclusive right to shop for a Quote for the Client for thirty (30) days following the RFQ submission date (the "Exclusivity Period"); (2) Client is automatically bound to the VE Option Quote, if (a) the Quote is equal to or lower than the Budget and (b) Client is hired for the Project (collectively, the "Binding Conditions"); and (3) Upon the occurence of the Binding Conditions, Client shall deliver to VE Option the Client's Purchase Order(s) made out to the Distributor, Representative and/or Manufacturer.
